Potensi Senyawa Aktif Mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia) sebagai Antifungi Candida albicans melalui Pendekatan in Silico

Candida albicans is a normal microbiota in humans. However, the imbalance and increasing number of C. can cause infections vagina, mouth, esophagus, nails. Sap-3 plays role especially adhesion process, used as therapeutic target for C.albicans. Here an attempt has been made to analyze potential active compounds from noni (Morinda citrifolia) antifungal by molecular docking towards protein. Drug-likeness characteristics were analyzed based on Lipinski Rule Five. Validation protein-native ligand was conducted followed Sap3 protein-test Lamarckian Genetics Algorithm. The highest binding energy Beta-sitosterol (-8.77 kcal/mol), Alizarin (-6.47 Morindone (-6.51 Quercetin (-5.76 Pepstatin A (-5.55 Scopoletin (-5.26 Kaempferol (-5.13 kcal/mol). Bioactive be appropriate choice further experiments through vitro vivo tests.
